Thornton House is closing on 1st July 2012

After twelve years we are closing Thornton House as we have sold the property.  The new owners are passionate about old houses and we are confident we will be leaving the house in good hands.  However they will not be operating the accommodation business.  We have not sold the business and are considering options to establish something similar at another property.  This website will remain and we will post any developments as they arise. 

 We want to especially thank all our wonderful guests over the past twelve years.
